The transformation journey of ensuring Anywhere, Anytime, Availability that we started a few years ago is being activated on all fronts, including but not limited to culture, people, processes, technology and systems.
Over the past few weeks, we moved our employees across all global locations to working remotely / from home and seamlessly maintained continuity of operations without any impact to our committed deliverables. In addition to all the regular compliance reports, we have realigned business processes to provide weekly compliance dashboards to all our customers.
Our technology initiatives, including but not limited to, Cloud Enabled Applications, Collaboration Platforms and Secure VPN Access have enhanced our capability and capacity to work remotely across the globe. We will continue to refine the way forward on our digital journey and strengthen our Assurance approach.
We have established nodal teams to support all our staff members working remotely. We review their performance for compliance, and appreciating their work, which is helping keep up the morale of the team. We have established leadership connects and governance mechanism, to ensure the necessary support is provided on a near-real time basis to all employees, which is our framework for cohesiveness.
While our work is most important, we ensured our employees continue to be motivated, have fun and strike better life-work balance in these stressful times. Besides, direct conversations / emails from executive team to each employee, we are inspiring employees post their new experiences and encouraging supervisors to have video chats with teams and have fun time. We are also running a 10-minute daily meditation session at 10am for all employees on our collaboration platform, so that they can start their day well.
