Based in Hong Kong, Ravi brings over four decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, with deep expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and international market expansion. His long-standing industry relationships and entrepreneurial vision have been instrumental in shaping the APC Group’s global footprint and values-driven culture.

Under his leadership, the Group has maintained a strong focus on trust, long-term partnerships, and sustainable growth across its businesses.

Gopal has over three decades of experience in financial markets, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory work, in the course of which he has been an advisor to governments, corporates and private equity firms. He has led business verticals and enterprises with footprints variously in Asia, UK / Europe and the US.

As Vice Chairman of the APC Group, Gopal has been closely associated with APCER since its inception, guiding the organization through its formative years and driving a strong focus on financial discipline, structural and operational robustness, and sustainable growth. Today, he provides executive leadership across all of APCER's activities, while taking a particular interest in developing talent, building internal capacity and strengthening the organization’s ability to continue enhancing its capabilities and global relevance into the long term.

With deep expertise in pharmacovigilance, regulatory science, and medical affairs, Dr. Vineet Kacker is widely recognized as a respected industry expert in global drug safety and compliance. A co-founder of APCER Life Sciences, Vineet has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s scientific and operational foundation since its inception.

Dr. Kacker holds a PhD in Pharmacology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and prior to co-founding APCER, worked with leading pharmaceutical organizations. He holds many years of experience as a QPPV and currently serves as a Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) for the United Kingdom, reflecting his deep understanding of global regulatory expectations and patient safety standards.

As Managing Director and Global Technical Head, Vineet leads APCER’s technical and scientific functions with a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and scientific rigour. His leadership continues to strengthen APCER’s reputation as a trusted partner for safety, medical, regulatory and compliance services worldwide.

With experience spanning healthcare markets across North America, Europe, India, and China, Tejus Menon brings a global perspective to APCER's leadership team. Over the years, he has supported the organization's commercial activities and contributed to the development of relationships across a diverse range of customers, partners, and markets.

Tejus has a particular interest in customer engagement, market dynamics, and fostering collaboration across geographies. His cross-cultural experience and broad understanding of global business environments contribute to APCER's ability to engage effectively with stakeholders around the world.

With a background in finance and marketing, Tejus contributes to the organization's strategic discussions and supports initiatives related to business development, organizational alignment, and long-term relationship building within the life sciences community.

John Kiley brings more than four decades of experience across chemical and pharmaceutical operations to APCER’s Board. With a background in chemical engineering and extensive experience in the United States healthcare industry, John contributes a pragmatic and operationally grounded perspective to the organization’s leadership discussions.

As a Board member, he provides governance oversight and strategic input, drawing on his experience in operational management and industry execution. His thoughtful and measured approach helps support APCER’s long-term focus on quality, scalability, and sustainable growth.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University.

Based in Hong Kong, Divya Menon serves as Director on the Boards of APC Group companies including APCER Life Sciences. With over 15 years of experience within the Group, she has played an important role in supporting the organization’s operational and commercial activities across its pharmaceutical businesses.

Divya brings strong expertise in client relationship management and operational leadership, with a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to business management. She works closely across functions to support operational continuity, customer engagement, and long-term business relationships, particularly within the Group’s API business operations.

Her steady leadership and deep understanding of the organization’s operating environment continue to support the APC Group’s broader growth and partnership objectives.

With over two decades of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Taku Seriu brings valuable industry perspective to APCER's leadership team. Throughout his career, he has held senior scientific and leadership roles with organizations including Otsuka Pharmaceutical, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Schering AG, with experience spanning Asia, Europe, and North America. He also served as a Board Member of Otsuka Pharmaceutical and its affiliate companies.

As Senior Advisor to the Board, Dr. Seriu serves as a trusted advisor, drawing on his broad experience across pharmaceutical development and commercialization. Based in Japan, he also supports relationship building and engagement within the global healthcare and pharmaceutical community.
